1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DealBridge.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the DealBridge website, platform, services, content and subscriptions.
By accessing or using DealBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. About DealBridge
DealBridge is a property opportunity marketplace that connects subscribers with investment opportunities, industry professionals, research and educational content.
DealBridge is not a real estate agency, lender, financial adviser, legal adviser, tax adviser or accounting firm.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, DealBridge does not act as your buyer's agent.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- be at least 18 years old
- have legal capacity to enter contracts
- provide accurate information
- maintain the security of your account.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Memberships
Access to DealBridge is provided through subscription memberships.
Memberships may include:
- Investor memberships
- Professional memberships
- Other subscription plans introduced from time to time.
Membership benefits may change as the platform evolves.
5. Subscription Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance.
Unless otherwise stated:
- subscriptions automatically renew
- payments are non-refundable
- failure of payment may suspend access.
You authorise DealBridge to process recurring subscription payments using your nominated payment method.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a refund entitlement for the current subscription period unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Property Information
Properties displayed on DealBridge may include:
- on-market opportunities
- off-market opportunities
- development opportunities
- builder opportunities
- investment analysis
- rental estimates
- projected yields
- cash flow modelling
- market commentary.
Information is obtained from third-party sources believed to be reliable but cannot be guaranteed.
DealBridge does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or ongoing availability of any property.
All information is provided for general information only.
8. No Financial Advice
Nothing on DealBridge constitutes:
- financial advice
- investment advice
- taxation advice
- legal advice
- lending advice.
You should obtain independent professional advice before making any investment decision.
9. Due Diligence
Subscribers remain solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
This includes, without limitation:
- finance approval
- building inspections
- pest inspections
- valuations
- rental assessments
- legal review
- taxation advice
- planning investigations
- development feasibility
- insurance.
10. Professional Conduct
Professional members agree to:
- act honestly
- comply with all applicable laws
- maintain required licences
- provide accurate information
- not misrepresent opportunities.
DealBridge may suspend or terminate professional accounts at its discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
All content including:
- reports
- research
- suburb analysis
- opportunity summaries
- software
- graphics
- branding
- DealBridge methodology
- videos
- training material
remains the intellectual property of DealBridge.
No content may be copied, redistributed, republished or sold without written permission.
12. Confidential Information
Certain investment opportunities are confidential.
Subscribers must not:
- redistribute listings
- publicly share reports
- publish DealBridge research
- disclose confidential information received through membership.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- interfere with platform operation
- attempt unauthorised access
- scrape or harvest data
- upload malicious software
- impersonate another user
- misuse the platform.
14. Third-Party Services
DealBridge may link to:
- builders
- developers
- lenders
- solicitors
- accountants
- property managers
- external websites.
DealBridge is not responsible for their products or services.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealBridge excludes liability for:
- investment losses
- property losses
- missed opportunities
- market movements
- inaccurate third-party information
- financing outcomes
- tax consequences
- delays
- indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for your current subscription where permitted by law.
16. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
17. Suspension or Termination
DealBridge may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- breach these Terms
- misuse the platform
- engage in unlawful conduct
- attempt to copy DealBridge systems or intellectual property.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
